When I asked about shoe polishing available, they discovered it wasn’t available locally and then drove to the next town to get it for me. Only thing I thought could have been better was the shower head (didnt work properly) and cleanliness of the bathroom. On a scale of 1/10 I'd give it a 7. Other than that everything was excellent. "
