"Abbiamo dormito qui poiché avevamo un volo presto di mattina, è molto comodo visto che si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal terminal. La camera è abbastanza grande ma mancava un appoggio per la valigia. Manca anche un mini bar e acqua in camera. Il bagno è abbastanza grande ma mancano completamente set da bagno. Insomma è buono solo per dormirci. Abbiamo poi preso un dolcino al ristorante, dolce buono ma cosa molto apprezzabile è che ci è stato fornito il libro degli allergeni quando abbiamo detto...

"The room was very hot. There was only a thick duvet on the bed, so if you’re like me (I need to be covered when I sleep) it was extremely uncomfortable. Also, no fans provided to cool down the room. A second issue were the toilets. In order to fully flush the toilet (which is required when travelling) you had to pull the handle past 45 degrees with quite a bit of pressure. "we stayed in room 4 and despite having a radiator this was centrally controlled by the main reception. we found this out on night 2 as when we went to bed on the first night we whacked the radiator on thinking that would be that but nope, cold as ice through the night. reception did sort but the room didnt get that warm so assuming the thermostatic valve wasnt fully operational. the shower screen squeegee at the bottom didnt properly fit and a gap up at the hinge point meant water escapes onto...

"Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast in the restaurant was OK. No drinking water in the room although there were supplies of hot chocolate, tea and coffee. The hotel parking was down a small alleyway and next to a pub so we decided to park elsewhere and walk in. Looks like there is room to create more secure parking on the disused primary school site."

"Have been before to this boutique hotel and the standard has never failed. Guy on reception was friendly and pleasant. Advised that food wasn’t available atm in the hotel but that he would telephone two down at the Seamill Hydro Hotel for dinner and gave us a voucher for breakfast at same hotel. Dinner booking was abit late for us so declined and went elsewhere. The breakfast was lovely at the Hydro. Hotel was nice and warm, room and bathroom spotless. Would return and recommend to others"

"This is a little gem! Convenient to all of our excursions . The bed was heaven! Great pillows! A fan was provided. Bathrooms were clean with good smelling products. I like that our room had a separate toilet room from shower room. There were plenty of places to store luggage, clothes, etc. They provide earplugs in case it gets too loud downstairs, but we didn’t really need them.
