The location could not be better being at the harbor - 1 minute walk to Foynhagen, great restaurants, and quick 15-minute walk either to Slottsfjellet or the train station. We will happily return."

"We were a group of three guys travelling for personal reasons and just there for two nights. As such we were relaxed and probably pre-disposed not to be hyper-critical of anything. Having said that, the hotel is in a super convenient position, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was truly excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive. If I'm ever back this way, would definitely stay here again. In the interest of balance, a few minor gripes: the number of 'sleeping policemen' on...

"Stayed two nights at the place. The room was decent size for one person, with double bed. The room was clean, it was neat and well organized with everything you need. The bathroom had heated floor and clean towels were included. The breakfast was quite nice with a good selection of food to choose from. The staff is very friendly. "The apartment was an ideal place for acheap stay. It had a god bathroom, kitchen area and lounge. The bedroom was fairly small but the beds were very comfortable. There was a large room upstairs where others could sleep but the stairs were more ladder like. It was clean enough and had all you might need. We would certainly stay there again. The area around had other chalet type apartments and was very quiet."

"This is a very charming hotel in a small sleepy village. Its a bit of a distance from everything, but a great location by the sea. The staff really tried hard to make yourself comfortable, and the hotel has a great atmosphere. Attentive staff who really wants you to enjoy yourself.
