"We came, after booking and paying, and the owner said he is not working with Hotels.com that he had no room for us and that we should contact Hotels.com to get our money back. I have used Hotels.com for years, this is the first time this has happened and therefore also the first time I have realized how difficult it is to contact hotels.com if something happens. 3 days later I have still not god to a chat, found a phone number or anything to contact Hotels.com directly. "We had a fantastic stay. Close to the beach and just 10 minutes to Pythagorion. The room where big and clean and the bathroom where the most spacius we ever have had in greece. Perhaps was the best of all the friendly and helpful staf, it started with the breakfast when we where served our coffee and then it continued the same way for he hole day and week. We will come back next year. Alf and Ulrica"

"I guess I expected a little better. I stayed at 4 Islands in Greece, this was the most expensive and it was just average. The ac took forever to cool off, the bed was very hard, the sheets were too worn and the pillow was non existent."
