"This property offered exceptional service. We call it "awesome service with authentic smiles". Rooms were very clean and spacious. The hotel is located in a very safe area, and adjacent to a beautiful urban walking path along the Spokane River. The on location restaurant serves a variety of dishes, all very good. The front desk personnel were extra friendly and informative."

The heating unit on the wall takes about 10-12 minutes to start pumping air, but we didn't know that, and thought it was not working. A call to the front desk clarified it,...
