"We'd booked a half-board stay as we had a hotels.com voucher to use. The hotel staff (Nicky) in the week before the stay were really helpful re the planned Sunday evening stay. Long story short, plans went awry on the day itself. Not only did the staff on the phone help, they went above and beyond and were fabulous. "The hotel is easy to find, great parking, ability to eat at the hotel and sit in a nice beer garden. If you have mobility issues make sure you request ground floor room as there are lots of stairs and long corridors. I stayed in a deluxe room which was advertised as bigger than average. Overall pleasing colour decor. Tea, coffee , water . Now to be picky - the mattresses on the single beds pushed together to represent a" king size bed " need replacing . The shower area needs to be bleached....
