"Our go to for regular trips to Melbourne. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, well located."

"This hotel is very convenient to public transport with a Swanston street tram stop virtually out the front door. The beds are good, no sag, I'd estimate reasonably new. The room had a kitchenette with fridge, cook top & microwave. Toaster & electric kettle. Private bathroom, good water pressure, even temperature (no fluctuations). "Was what we needed for a quick stay. Bed, toilet and shower. Staff was very helpful a looked after us well."

Lots of dining options around. I really liked the new drink vending machine with coffees and sparking sodas. Also the underground, secure parking is a bonus downtown."

Our flight arrived in the evening and we arrived at the location at 8pm when no one was there to help us. We were panicking. We had to call for help. Customer service on the phone was very...
