"Chambre annulée sur place alors que payée. Très mauvais accueil. Surbooking pour atterrir à 2kms… un Mercure… attention de ne pas confondre Surbooking et Dol.
Une fois arrivé au Mercure 4*… Télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, plus de place sur le parking à 20:30, pas de gel douche dans la SDB… pour un surclassement en 4 étoiles… c’est limite… très limite. Il faudrait penser à se poser les bonnes questions. Personnellement je ne me les pose plus concernant ces deux établissements ; a fuir, next....

The AC works but stinks up the room, there is not one item in the hotel or room that should not have been replaced years ago. "Our short, one night stay was pain free other than the climb to the third floor.
The room was clean and well appointed and the air conditioner was functional for the main cabin of room 20.
Parking on site for 14 Euro made everything easy!"

"We visited for a weekend from the UK to attend a wedding in the area. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and we arrived to find that our two twin rooms and had been changed to a family suite, which was perfect for our needs. Lovely breakfast and everything spotlessly clean. Air con was much appreciated during a very hot weekend. The only disappointment was that the pool was dirty and poorly maintained - I wasn’t even sure if it was open, the condition was so poor, with murky cloudy...
"We only stayed one night so the room was adequate given the short stay. The room seemed very dated and small. The shower worked just fine was a little small and slippery for my standards.
The staff were lovely and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the ac was a blessing.
The furniture in the rest of the building was beautiful but our room not too great."
"Diervriendelijk was voor ons zeker een pluspunt. Het is netjes en winkels op wandelafstand. De services was zeer goed en ze waren heel vriendelijk. Wel jammer dat de honden niet buiten mogen (aan het zwembad) maar zeker begrijpelijk door het kunstgras. We raden deze plaats zeker aan."
