"Great place to stay. easy access to shops and restaurants. Close proximity made travel easy. Parking was a bit tight. free spaces, but a narrow turn to get in and out."
"The accommodation was generally clean, but I was surprised by the strong smell of dogs when we entered the room. I also noticed a dog bowl on the balcony.
I specifically chose a no-pet accommodation because my children have allergies, so I was concerned and confused by this. Although the room was clean overall, the strong dog smell made me question whether pets had previously stayed there.
I hope the accommodation can look into this, as a pet-free environment is important for families with...
"Really clean room with comfortable beds. Exactly what we needed when passing through town. Easy to follow instructions for after hours check in, and staff really responsive to contact."
"This is not the place to rest or sleep. Blinds don’t close properly and there are bright white lights that shine through all night and keep the room lit. As well as being located on a very busy motorway. (That tourists wouldn’t know about) Trucks and traffic will wake you up several times a night. Plus you’ll hear every cough, sneeze or chatter from your neighbours.
Staff were all lovely. But 0/10 stars for getting any rest or sleep.
Easy to check I . And easy to park. But won’t stay again."
"Good location, staff on front desk were helpful. Some parts of the resort look a bit tired, could do with a birthday. The pool area is being upgraded and will be great when complete."
"Very comfortable cabin with all amenities and dog friendly. Location is fantastic close to the Shaws Bay Hotel, Beaches and Ballina town center. Will definitely stay here again."
"The reason for only 4 stars is because of a couple of avoidable hazards. The wheels on the bed were sticking out and painful when toes got stubbed on them a few times. Also hit the top of the head on the pointed corner of the bathroom shelf which was just above the bin which one had to bend down to use."
"Pretty much what you’d expect for the price. Clean, tidy, quiet. Easy check-in. Everything worked. Ugly view of a car park but fine for me since I was just in town for work "
