"The hotel has been undergoing enhancement and refurbishment. This is evident and is very good. Whilst the hotel is located opposite the rail station and busy tram stop, it is generally quiet, yet offers easy access to the city and hinterland. The room was well appointed, bed comfortable and I slept well. Breakfast was delightful. Staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay."
