"Surprising good hotel, considering the modest price and huge scale. It's not as charming as the old Victorian-style guesthouses in Binz, but it's right on the beach, and rooms are surprisingly spacious and everything is squeeky clean. We even had a small balcony, looking on to the forest. Dogs are allowed for an extra €10. Mini tea kitchen and plenty of space for clothes. Nice touches for a beach resort, such as a hoover (for all that sand) and a clothes dryer (for wet swimwear). Not bad at...

"Wir fanden den Aufenthalt sehr schön. Alles war sauber und hygienisch. Bei dem Frühstücksbuffet hatte man reichlich Auswahl. Was wir nicht so gut fanden, war die Parksituation. Es wurde aber ganz gut gelöst, dass man bei einem anderen Hotel parken kann, allerdings musste man da ein paar Meter laufen (was für uns nicht schlimm war). 10€ pro Tag für den Parkplatz fanden wir persönlich auch zu viel. Den Parkplatz bekommt man bei anderen Hotels inklusive. Das wäre super, wenn sich das hier auch...

"It is a particular style of decor throughout the Landhaus (everything about knights, and middle ages - all fake etc) that isn't appealing to me. The room was on the ground floor, you couldn't open the curtain or the window because everyone could look into our room and it was somewhat stuffy. I would not have taken this room if I had an option. A very regulated place: rules over rules."

"Own car park with ability to reserve a space, friendly and helpful staff, lovely spacious room (properly set up for 2 people!), good breakfast and we had a super dinner at the Binzer Hof one evening. The shower was one of the best we have come across for water pressure and temperature and the beds very comfortable. No bar in the hotel but minibar in the room and very reasonable prices. 2 minutes walk to the centre of the promenade."

"Ubeskrivelig ro Beliggende midt i den dejlige natur på Rügen, ligger dette skønne lille hotel med rummelige værelser. Her er ubeskriveligt roligt. Der serveres en rigtig fin morgenmad med bl.a. most af æbler og pærer fra egen have. Ca. 1 km fra hotellet ligger den lille hyggelige havn, Martinshafen. Området byder på mange gode cykelruter. "I payed for the room in advance, but i was charged again upon leave. It was recognized in the last minute and promised to refund me in a week. Parking at the hotel costs extra, so we parked at the station instead. Breakfast can be approached either before 9 or after, but not at any time. If we wanted a dinner, we had to report in in the morning. Strange and somewhat funny rituals. "

Value for money accommodation in charming Binz

It's not as charming as the old Victorian-style guesthouses in Binz, but it's right on the beach, and rooms are surprisingly spacious and everything is squeeky clean. We even had a small balcony, looking on to the forest. Dogs are allowed for an extra €10. Mini tea kitchen and plenty of space for clothes. Nice touches for a beach resort, such as a hoover (for all that sand) and a clothes dryer (for wet swimwear). Not bad at all. But don't expect personal service - this is a HUGE place. And it's on the outskirts of Binz, about 15 minutes walk from the centre/pier. No breakfast provided - but plenty of other places, along the beach promenade. "
