"Ein mega stylisches und idyllisch gelegenes Hotel, eingebettet in wunderschöne Natur mit traumhaften Ausblicken. Die ruhige Lage sorgt für absolute Entspannung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das extrem freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht. Dazu gibt es ein tolles, leckeres Frühstück. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können dieses Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen!"
"This property just made me feel like I wasted all my money.I didn’t get what I paid for.Few things just made me annoyed:
1) The entire room was nasty and not cleaned properly.
2) It was smelling so bad from bathroom drainage.
3) The bathroom drainage was so bad and the entire shower area got flooded.
4) No towel was there and finally I had to call them to provide towels.
5) We found lots of insects which was unexpected.
Apart from those all the staffs were so friendly and tried to help but...
"This hotel is new and clean. We've enjoyed our stay as a family. The view of mountain from the hotel was not as beautiful as we've expected due to some construction, but the staff are all friendly and take care of our children."

"We stayed just for a night as a stopover drive from arugam bay to Ahungalla. We had the family room which has two bedrooms, one with 2× double bed and the other 1x double bed. Had a fridge/freezer and a living room. No air conditioning but wasn't needed as the weather was already cold in nuwara Eliya.
Breakfast included offered western (sausages, toasted bread and eggs)or srilankan food (dosa, sambal, eggs). Offered fruita and juice.
Great location very high up on the mountain with a nice view...
"Pretty bare bones hotel which could do with a bit of a spruce up. It’s close to the main street in Ella which is why I chose it, although it’s up an extremely steep hill if this is an issue for you.
Some of the fittings were a bit worse for wear, for example the shower head holder was broken as well as the air conditioning. The room wasn’t very sound proof and on the first night I was kept awake by a drunk woman in the lobby and a howling dog. You can also hear music from the bars in town if...
