"WiFi was included, but only worked in the lobby and dining room, not in our room. There is a fee for everything. I am disabled, but there was 400 peso fee (about $3.80) to sit in a chair by the pool, ( I didn’t swim). After a bit of protest, they gave me a plastic chair to sit in. Staff was friendly. The water slide closed one hour after our check-in for the season. Don’t think we will stay there again."
"The room was dusty and the Air Con filter was dirty. I cleaned the Air Con filter myself in order to get the A/C blowing cool. When I came back at 10:30 PM in the evening the front gate of the hotel was locked. I had to pound n the gate to get the night watchman to open the gate. The first room that I was assigned did not have wifi. Even for the price it was a bad value, avoid if possible."
"I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast was great, with a good variety of options to start the day. The location was very convenient for my trip, as I was visiting relatives and attending a class reunion. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay, and I would happily recommend this accommodation."
"Mylene the care taker is superb. The place is quiet which is a plus, too quiet that we were the only guests. Breakfast food was native and delicious. "
" I cannot begin to say how disappointed I am. Please let me explain. I booked the hotel for the following reasons that are on your list & advertised. * Free wifi / Sauna / Spa / steam room / mini bar / breakfast / ...... but none of these actually exist.
I am a business man & have to go to the reception to get any wifi !!!
The staff are very friendly but the following problems occured.
* the mattress on the bed had the wire springs almost poking through (this they did replace)
* the air...
"Helpful, accommodating, kind and couteous staff. Affordable ammenities and commodities. Well equipped and comfortable cabins with complete kitchen, bath and shower and overlooking lakeview. Only downside is the ants which is un controllable but they gave inseticide for prevention. Very peaceful and breathaking views of Lumot Lake. Highly recommended for people if they want to experience lakehouse life "
