"Our room was on 2nd floor. First walked in window was open with no screen, wall by bed dirty and had boogers on it, bathroom mirror dirty, tissue box empty and bathtub you had to hold the knob base to turn the water on or the whole thing pulled out and the fridge did not get cool or cold. Pancakes were good and cool to watch the machine make them, but finding someone to restock was ridiculous. On check out let front lady know of concerns she gave a discount and when looking on my bank acct...
"We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean, breakfast had many choices and good food.
Pool wasn’t huge but worked for our kids age range.
Good location. Close to everything."
"The room was overall clean but definitely worn. Hole in couch … rusted areas in bathroom… amenities hot tub didn’t work… it was fine for a overnight trip as we were going to airport early next day but can tell workers stay there and minimal maintenance. Workers at check in were very friendly!"
"We only stayed the night and had to leave to catch a flight at 3am. The night desk person was wonderful and made us a fresh pot of coffee so we could get to the airport- caffeinated. The hotel was clean and comfortable."
"Greeted upon arrival by very friendly staff. Great start! Room was fine but the bathtub did not look super clean. There were a few hairs in there. Bed was good and made up well. Hallways did not smell great . Maybe a bad scented cleaner . My daughter thought it smelled like olives.
Breakfast was adequate.
We stayed there a number of years ago and thought it was great. It seems that it has gone a bit downhill since then."
"The room was small but clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area was nice and clean, really enjoyable for us and the highlight of the stay. I did not like having all the snacks in the room that you’d be charged for if eating. Because the room was so small, I would prefer to have the option to purchase these items at the front desk but not in my room. Overall, we would stay here again."
"You can tell this hotel has had better days. It was built when they were slapping up motels left and right in this area. It REALLY needs an update. It is VERY worn.
The breakfast is always a nice bonus..scrambled eggs, microwave meat and waffles."
"The stay was just ok as far as the hotel’s cleanliness. Bedding, towels and overall appearance of furniture and finishes in the room need a refresh. Not terrible but also not great. Just ok and a little less than a fresh and clean feeling. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good."
"Staff was very helpful. The breakfast had several choices and different both days. We appreciated having a fridge with a freezer and kitchen in our room. Near CVS an d Applebees. Close to NDSU football stadium and airport."
