"This was the cheapest hotel of our stay but far from the worst. Friendly staff, nice rooms just a little bit scuffed especially in the bathrooms. No breakfast options but there are supermarkets close by. Kaufbeuren is a nice little place, convenient for exploring the area."

"Overall a very enjoyable 6 day stay in this comfortable, modern hotel in beautiful country surroundings. Possibly as a holdover from Covid, there is noone available at reception in the mornings until 11 a.m. which is quite inconvenient and gives a poor impression with the entrance lobby in semi-darkness. Apart from that the breakfasts were good, as were the other meals we enjoyed on the outdoor terrace and we would happily stay there again if we were in the area."

"it seemed okay at first check in, but soon noticed internet only worked occasionally, but mostly not at all. Then, the next morning we had breakfast which was alright, but then the desk lady said i never paid, and it must be paid by me. I couldn't check my records, because the internet didnt work. So i went ahead and paid by credit card. Then i soon noticed i did INDEED pay it thru expedia. I called the Gasthaus several times, never could get thru. "It was mid winter and there was no snow in the area, so we were the only guests and didn’t speak German. But the people were so lovely, the place so cozy and nice. The breakfast was delicious options made just for us. On top of all that, they had a mini fridge with drinks and beers you could buy after hours. Overall a wonderful time in an adorable village off the beaten track. "
