"I was supposed to stay for 10 nights . However due to the bad conditions of the room I was assigned I only spent one night . There was no management available at the time of my checkout so I was advised to email them which I did . Until now no respond and no refund for my 9 unused nights. I am very skeptical to use Expedia for my future bookings cause my refunds and compensation for bad experiences are not guaranteed. Overall my experience with this hotel was very disappointing. "Definitely not a place I'd stay at again. The place had a very uncomfortable feel to it and it's not maintained adequately as well. The breakfast was not satisfying at all. I'm a vegetarian and all they had for me to eat was bread and butter. Not even any cereal. What a shame!!! My worst experience ever."
