"The room was ok"

"The staff service was exceptional over our 3 day visit. Will return!!!"

"The hotel is close to anything you may be planning to do in Ann Arbor. Easy access to the highway and to campus or The Big House, and convenient to shopping and restaurants. The hotel has been completely renovated and the effort to keep it looking fresh and clean is apparent. The rooms are large, and having a fridge and microwave is extremely helpful. The 24 hour coffee and tea service is a plus along with generous hours for breakfast service in the morning. The staff was very helpful, friendly,...

"great value"

"The place was pretty rough - I woke up to a spider in my bed, bugs in the shower. The toilet kept randomly backing up and unflushing whatever was flushed earlier. Most of the room furniture was in bad condition. Just pretty rough."

"Good Value and location,. Place clean."

"Everything lacked. Outdated. Missing. Just lacked on every leveled. Glad it was for 1 night"

"Room service needs to learn to not touch peoples personal property. We came in not knowing they came in and found out that the cleaning lady had messed with our jumping spider enclosure. The lady must have freaked out and closed our spider in the door and smashed him. We let the other staff know and they called us a liar by saying they confirmed with room service that they didn’t do it. Y’all lucky I didn’t walk in on this happening."

"A place with clean and comfortable and everything worked. I was disappointed, there was no toaster and no pots or pans. If I did want to cook. However, there were several nearby restaurants that solved the problem the location was perfect for visiting my family"

"Pool closed, breakfast meh"

"very clean"

"The location of this hotel if you are going to a sporting event of U of M is great. Everything is walkable. If you go uptown it’s a long trek but doable. The hotel was very clean & staff were very helpful. The free parking on a game weekend was very much appreciated."

"Terrible water pressure made it difficult to take a shower. The bathroom felt dirty. The pool water was so filthy you couldn't see the bottom. The staff was helpful, but overall, not a pleasant experience."
