"It was a good hotel convenient for Lake Garda and the Stadio Tre Stelle. The only issue I had was the most convenient power socket in my room didn't work. Once I realised that and pointed it out the staff arranged for an electrician to fix it - unfortunately too late for my trip but the other socket worked so I was able to charge my phone and download my boarding pass for my flight home."

"Fantastic hotel, from the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly helpful staff. The reception area was pristine. We had arrived late in the evening but check in was fast. There is a lift in the building to all the floors. Our room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was fantastic with hot and cold food, breakfast was from 7 am to 10 am so no need to rush. "A very nice hotel. The room was comfortable and we liked the small pool. There is a spa, sauna and gym equipment. There is a roof area with loungers and a tub. Breakfast is very good with a large selection of fruits and cereals and the Italian version of bacon and eggs. I won't comment on the evening meals as Italians eat a bit different to English. Finally the staff, excellent "

"The good: convenient location. The not so good: uncomfortable bed, broken lock on patio door so couldn't secure the room, no trash can in room, quite difficult getting in/out of shower due to bidet location. Consider this a budget hotel."
