"The property itself is nice; dining area is pleasant with beautiful greenery from the natural plants. The staff is friendly and helpful. When it comes to the rooms I can't speak for the other rooms at this property but the king suite that we booked needs and upgrade and the furniture was dirty and dingy. We've booked at many hotels before, and we honestly don't mind paying the price for out stay but if you ask me the booking fee for this room is a bit too pricey for the quality of in the room...

"This is a big hotel - and it was loud at night. The people above us stomped around until well after midnight. There were no plates or utensils in the room, but there were appliances. The TV remote did not work well, and the hair dryer didn’t work at all. At least the front desk had a new hair dryer for us, once we walked down to get it. "This room was disgusting ! When we got there our room wasn’t clean ! Then the restroom has hair dye all over it . The back door to get to our room was broken ! I paid $200 to stay here never again"

This increased my perception of the hotel because the room I was staying in was not very clean. The bathroom contained many different kinds of hairs that were not mine and there were a few little spots that appeared to look like blood on part of the...

"Look, it's a Marriott Courtyard. For the most part you get what you pay for. But $500 a night!! Apparently, there was some sort of college football game happening however the game was over the day after I arrived. Simply put, it's price gouging. In addition, after 9 PM there wasn't anyone at the front desk. And for 500 bucks a night, one would think a simple breakfast would be included."
