"Easy check-in, nice location within 5 mins of town centre, aircon in room good, you have to use opposite hotel for breakfast and bar if needed, local supermarket for supplies if needed, tea and coffee facilities in the room but not refreshed after the first day which was annoying."
"We LOVED the location of this beautiful hotel. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and our room was tastefully put together. Our family stayed in the family suite which had a small kitchen. Although minimal (one element, one pot, one pan, small fridge with dishes and cutlery), it met the needs of our family. Parking was not available on site for us, but there were paid parking lots not far from the hotel (10 min walk). On the weekend these lots were full, and we needed to park at a larger lot...
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff were warm and friendly. Location is perfect, close to the restaurants and bars but far enough away for it to be quiet at night. We will definitely be back!"
"The hotel was clean, the staff was very helpful, and the room was surprisingly large and spacious for three people. The location is also convenient if you’re arriving by train, with the train station nearby and a tram stop close to the hotel that makes it easy to get to the city center.
There are two things I would note, however. First, there are limited restaurant options within easy walking distance of the hotel. More importantly, we specifically chose this hotel because we were traveling...

"On arrival one room was still dirty from previous guest, with their personal items left in room. Our other room reaked of urine. Front desk was less than helpful, wouldn't let us speak to manager. We asked them to clean 1 room and we removed the chair from 2nd room that was urinated on. They finally offered a different room the next day for smelly room. Location is great but not even am apology or anything for inconvenience. Poorly ran hotel!!"
"Our room did not look like the photos when we booked. We received a very tiny room at the back, ground floor of the property with a window to the courtyard where people were smoking. Bathroom could use general maintenance. It was fine for one night, as the location was good. We did not have the breakfast."
