Very clean, staff is very attentive to a guest comfort and needs. Location is ideal. Located within New Dehli, but a stone's throw from Old Dehli. It is located between 2 metro stations, not to mention the New Railway station. Hotel can arrange cab pickup for a very reasonable fare. "What a fantastic hotel. We booked this out of necessity after a local hotel just didn't meet our standards and wow did we get a treat! A service from the airport (Thank you Mohd Nasseem). Beautiful building and pool. Loved the steam room, sauna, gym, and their food (especially the buffet was delicious - the best Indian selection with great local chefs). "I checked into a very sub standard room where the AC was running full blast in the peak of Delhi winter and there was a smell in the bathroom. I was ready to walk out, but I commend the management and staff for insisting that I give them a chance. They shifted me to a MUCH better room where the heating actually worked.
