"Location was very good close to many restaurants. Safe area to walk. The only complaint we have - the tiny room layout - two single beds occupied most of the room located on at the opposite walls and corners. No place to keep the luggage, we stayed there for two nights and kept open suitcases on the floor next to the bottom of one of the beds, reducing the walkable space in the room even more.
The stuff was very friendly and the English breakfast served was good."
"Having booked online a basic room, we enquired re upgrading and the staff were really helpful. They showed me a some different rooms and the process was very smooth. The staff were happy to help. We opted for the second floor and had a spacious room with an armchair and lounge which I always find an advantage after a days drive.
The hotel is a little bit tired, however it’s central, it’s clean and the staff are more than happy to meet all your requests."

"The dog, Reacher, is super friendly. Water is only rain water so must be used sparingly. The little space is great for a short stay but would be cramped for extended periods. Beautiful garden with little pond right on your doorstep, but careful of wasps. "
