"This was our second stay and we will be back. Very good hotel for a short stay in Orlando. Great location in Winter Park. Good value price balance. Excellent quality bedding and bathroom toletries. Perfect comfort. Hilton has high standard even for its lower cost brands. Breakfast here is not really worth it unless you get a free breakfast deal. We tried it in our first stay, but skipped it this second time. There are much nicer places to enjoy breakfast in the area. "

"location is prime. Staff was not all rude but they were not pleasant as well, we felt some resistance in request we made. We were charged for parking in the hotel’s own parking lot, go figure. It seems they are going through a remodeling, hallways have new flooring but apts have old carpet. Blinds were broken, beds are small. Besides it all we were right at the beach and all units looks towards the ocean, that was nice"

"The view of the lake was outstanding! Entertainment in the bar was a talented pianist and drinks were great. The porch rockers and tables were really nice. It had old world charm. Don’t expect a modern hotel room here. Creaky steps and comfortable beds welcome guests. "

"This was the best resort I have stayed in thus far. This was truly relaxation. Plenty of space so my family and I were not on top of each other. We were very sad to leave, but we will definitely be back. We are already planning our next vacation there..lol."

"Hotel changed name of the hotel and didn’t let me know so it made it hard to find. The front door was so hard to open that you had to kick it open from the inside whenever you left. Water pressure was good in shower but water was lava hot and would randomly change temperature while you were using it. Free breakfast was a joke. They only offered bagels and muffins- carb loaded. "

"The hotel room really was a suite, quite big and the beds were really good. The hotel is nicely set-up with the kind of courtyard. Not good was that you could hear the traffic noise from the interstate. I have hoped for better windows. And not really a biggie just mentioning it, both evenings we can “home” at 9 pm, the bar was closed. After all we would chose it again, may be on the other quieter side of the building. "

"Such a wonderfully relaxing place to stay. Clean, neat, had everything we needed. Wonderful staff!! We weren’t sure how to get a schedule for the TV channels. Most likely user error. And the door leading to the parking lot SLAMMED very loudly. I can’t imagine the interior doors being so loud. No matter. Any slamming door is alarming and interruptive. For such a pretty hotel, the paint job on the door to the parking lot was very unprofessional. Those items are so minor. I would gladly stay...
