"Rooms clean, bathroom clean but shower curtains doesn't help to stop waters going everywhere in dry areas. Kettle in room with cups but no tea bags and power socket in wrong area in room, I have to move the kettle in bathroom. No power sockets near bed for charging mobile phones. Free water bottle first day in rooms, coffee selection in breakfast is filtered coffee, not proper beanie coffee machine like other hotels, you have to buy one if you want expresso or cappuccino."
"The room was ok nothing special basic stuff. Was a kettle but not coffee or tea. Breakfast was ok lady very kind at breakfast. I stay 2 night but no one clean the room - shower a bit mess water coming out and not floor towel.
Location is very good and easy walking to everywhere. A bit noisy at night also bell of church disturbe sleep"
"I can't say enough about Yuri he is such a pleasant young man and so very helpful. The hotel is a bit hidden but it is a real gem. The the breakfast thst was included was varied and quite lovely. The off site parking is a little interesting but it was a secure indoor parking garage with security and it was provided at no extra cost to us.
As a general aside, Albania has a lot of cars and very few dedicated places to park them so people tend to park, double park and literally park in the middle...
"The hotel location is good but only if you don’t have a car, staff are nice but not available all the time.
Breakfast is okey for the price you have paid don’t be surprised if we ask you to pay more that what you already planned!"
"Location is wonderful. The breakfast is great. My only down thing is that when you leave the room, the mini fridge turns off and I needed to keep medication cold. The staff was very helpful."
"- The hotel staff was not responsive to our repeated requests to make the air-conditioning work. Our room was significantly warmer than the hallway :( Very disappointed!
- Aside from the concern stated above, this hotel does offer good value and good location."
"I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The location was very convenient, the room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again."
"We got bumped to another hotel, we bought a room for 2 beds we got one bed, we were sent 15 out of town, I had to pay for taxi to get to my tours for 3 days. They was no pick up area at the replacement hotel as it was on the highway.
Not very happy, very disappointed"
