"Clean room, but crowded area and parking was tough all the time. The staff are amazing though and we love that it is very quiet inside the facility itself. No buzzing cars and away from the busy main highway. Thank you Solano."
"Facilities, changed room 3 times. First room the toilet bowl doesn’t flush, second room smells terrible, third room the sink drainage is broken when used water splashes out directly on the floor not on the drainage, vacant lot near the room area is used for garbage. Can’t stand it so instead of 2 nights we checked out early morning (4.00 am) the following morning. "
"Could do an early check in at 1PM, but any other time includes extra charge. In addition, the room we had a bunch of molds between walls. There was no phone to contact front desk, and was only provided one tissue roll unless you ask for more. No water refill stations, you’ll have to keep asking front desk. Otherwise, breakfast was good (at additional price of course)."
"WiFi was included, but only worked in the lobby and dining room, not in our room. There is a fee for everything. I am disabled, but there was 400 peso fee (about $3.80) to sit in a chair by the pool, ( I didn’t swim). After a bit of protest, they gave me a plastic chair to sit in. Staff was friendly. The water slide closed one hour after our check-in for the season. Don’t think we will stay there again."
"The family studio suite is very spacious except for the bathroom. It would be nicer and more comfortabe if the bathroom has enough or bigger space and also has another split type aircon in the kitchen or living room area."
