Very conveniently located for visiting the castle hill and basilica. The room was quite big, and comfortable. Breakfast was nice, and staff were helpful.

Nice place to stay near Budapest

Central Tatabanya if there is any center of the city. Great restaurant nearby. Good breakfast came with the room.

I had an externally pleasant stay at the hotel. The hotel staff was outstanding and my room was very clean.

The hotel is very good. Just a little bit disappointed that the front desk called us a taxi that was not metered. We paid more than the market price.

Amazing location, wonderful staff and fair prices. You will enjoy yourself here.

Nice location, walking distance to major visitor areas. Modern but with high test and character of old days rooms and commonareas, all floor hard, no agly carpets!!! Comfortable bad and bad sheets. Long time not seen experience!

Great place with extremely helpful staff. The breakfast was good and the parking was in a safe place.

Location! Walking distance to everything. We were 5 and had the most beautiful penthouse, 3 comfortable bedrooms with a fabulous balcony, great view of the city. Wonderfull staff. So helpful, we check out before our flight and they have a locker room special for the luggage. Highly recommended.

Room was great air conditioning was amazing in 90 degree Budapest heat!

The staff was very helpful and they were very accommodating to my requests!

This hotel features a staff that goes above and beyond to accommodate your needs and to make it simple and unobtrusive. Joyful greetings, practical care for any need I had were quickly and efficiently provided. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to experience excellent hotel service and accommodations!

Extremely clean.Very roomy. Lots of storage and extras.felt more like an apartment than a hotel.

My second stay at Hotel Charles was as fine as my first two years ago. Many helpful employees to help you with anything, a fantastic breakfast buffet and a great restaurant for dinner too. Rooms are larger than more modern hotels and give a nice retro feel. Even the keys are attached to large metal plaques to remind you to return them to the desk when you go out.. The location is just a 15 minute bus ride away from the center which probably helps their rates be quite a bargain. The bus...

I really enjoyed that this was a short walk to the metro station to get us to downtown Budapest. The buffet was the best buffet I've had during this trip through many countries, and had a wide variety of options. The staff was very gracious. The room was comfortable, and I would definitely stay there again. One thing to keep in mind is the temperature gauge is either set to heat or cool based on the time of year so we wound up switching the heat off and opening up the window just to get the...

Comfortable bed, great-designed and well-built room. Great working AC. Staff of different people are very flexible and caring and accommodating. Anything that came up was addressed. Location is great. Kept my things safe for hours after checkout. Amazing and will definitely be very inclined to stay should the location and features match my next visits needs like for this one. Thank you all :).
