"Very convenient central location for untold festival, and getting out and about in Cluj. Staff did not disturb us during the festival period but we were able to contact them and ask for amenities/towels etc to be put outside our door as room service happens in the mornings. Nice eggs and continental breakfast available. Big room with air con, mini fridge and nice rainfall shower."

The cleanliness of the bathroom needs to be improved... the mold is bad and the darkroom stinks up the room, so if you have severe mold allergies be warned. The shower area also doesn't dry well so make sure you close the door. There is no fridge in the room.

"I booked a 3 night stay through Expedia for a friend. The hotel was close to the airport in an industrial area without anything to do outside. Very noisy guests came in at 3 am waking up everyone. The whole atmosphere was terrible. Hate to give them a bad review. Hotel manager was nice and tried to make good offering to change the room but this was not going to help any. This is not a place you want to spend 3 nights in. Friend moved to another hotel the next day and I forfeited 2 nights pay....
