"We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Location is excellent. Breakfast was very good. Would highly recommend this hotel."
"Altho no staff on duty we were sent a code to enter bldg & our room for 1 extra nite in Cluj once our room was ready early afternoon. Luckily we'd been staying just down the block and we were able to leave our luggage there until then as no staff on duty but we're able to talk to a helpful woman on the
phone. Tried to make coffee w machine in room but cold water came out- had time to grab a brkfst in little dining room before leaving for our flight . Room compact but comfy and very nice...
"I had to extend the stay with an extra day. Called the property and was done in seconds ( of course because was available ) The process was smooth and easy. Thank you"
"The place has a nice view from the terrace and it’s very quiet, modern and clean. I actually booked an additional night right after I got there. I highly recommend it."
"The location is good, but this is not a hotel to stay and feel confortabil as you can hear everything from outside and the other rooms due the poor noise isolation. The internet is terrible, staff still learning and poor breakfast!

"Room was clean and comfortable... Best part was easy in and out parking... I stayed at several hotels while in Romania and parking at most where a pain... I'd definitely stay here again..."
