"Second time staying here and really couldn’t ask for more for a great price. Clean, comfy rooms with fridge/microwave and all. We love the pool and hot tub. Free street parking right along the buildings. Such a unique area and a street car line is right in front, the hotel is made up of several historic buildings with a 24/7 security guard. Beautiful old trees, plentiful outdoor spaces. Restaurants and affordable food options next door. Cannot ask for more!"

"We enoyed everything at this quaint hotel. Very clean. Wonderful staff. "Blue" was quick to answer questions about the area and fix us up with food or drink. The other staff were just as nice. Could walk to trolley in 8 minutes. Neighborhood was pleasant with one exception. So not bad. We also loved the tropical patio area. !! "
