" Drove cross country and due to car accident mid-trip (which resulted in hospitalizaton), we attempted to cancel this 3 night reservation just days after cancellation window date. Glacier lodge was unwilling to work with us in anyway. Charged full amount. All other hotels that we had booked either gave 100% refund or charged for 1 night stay only. Offered Glacier documentation to verify accident occurred. Very disappointed in Glacier Lodge response. "
