"The place was easy to get to via car, once arrived the staff was very friendly and cordial. Our room had an absolute stunning vision, the breakfast was lovely and had good portions. The hot tub was amazing, the pool although had a bit of cold water but very spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. The views are definitely amazing! Keep in mind that in the main lobby, they have 2 different bedroom options. One with private balcony, full view of the canyon, and one with partial view/no private balcony. The ones with private balcony are obviously more expensive and updated. But, they still need more work. Our bathroom wasn't the best. The ceiling was falling apart. The simpler/partial view room is located under the main restaurant and kitchen. If you stay in those rooms, be aware that you will hear all the noise from the kitchen since 5:30 a.m. If you are an early bird and don't mind waking up early, this could be a good option for you since they are more affordable. The restaurant menu is limited but they do offer vegan substitutions. We purchased the food package. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was included. Small portions for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was more complete, especially when it was buffet. All staff was amazing! Extraordinary customer service. We had a wonderful stayed. Definitely coming back again. "

"Great Hotel! Keep in mind that there's a part of the hotel that is on the back. It's not connected to the lobby and you need to go around the building. That's where our rooms were located. For my group, it was great because we didn't have to go up the small uneven wooden stairs. Don't get me wrong, the wooden stairs are amazing, but not elderly friendly. Since we got the rooms on the back, it worked out perfect for my group. Also, Memo contacted me with Nacho, our tourist guide. Amazing service. Definitely coming back and recommending this hotel. "
