"Beautiful setting, gracious hosts, wonderful cabaña. We stayed two nights and would have stayed longer but they are popular in summer. We chose a hot tub session which requires a multi hour setup and additional charge. The location is remote and necessitates a car. "

"I booked a dome with my family, including my pregnant wife, thinking it was a family friendly place as stated by expedia, however due to the poor design of the steps my wife fell off, since the steps are literally rounded at the edges. When comunicated to the lady that received us, she showed no signs of worry about the situation. "The woman in the front office was very kind and friendly. She even gave us an upgrade to a larger room at no extra charge. She was flexible and let us check in early.
The room itself was spotless and everything worked. It had a complete kitchen with everything we needed to cook several meals. The bathroom even had a bidet attachment which is often unavailable when travelling.
The hotel's windows had stunning views of the lake. The grounds are beautiful and there is even a pool and area...
"This is excellent choice if you are staying for longer period of time in Pucon. It is in walking distance to city center and lake Villarrica.It does have a secured parking. The lofts are comfortable and spacious. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook if you choose to do so. The host was very helpful and we received a complimentary bottle of wine."
"The national park is a 15-minute drive away, and the site is also close to two beautiful waterfalls, one you reach by trail. The rooms are beautiful with wood accents and overlook a gushing river. Staff are friendly and eager to help with any questions. Highly recommend!"
