"The hotel is beautiful, the food is delicious as well. One thing we experienced is being ignored by the staff because we’re not tall and blonde or they didn’t think we were tourists, which is really sad. I never thought I would experience this in Mexico. "Pros: Location next to the main park, on-site secure parking, nice big pool to cool off in during hot days, strong AC, in-room fridge, friendly staff. Cons: Location is also a con; can get very busy with constant tour buses, daily fireworks by the church, lots of road noise if you're on the east side of the building with a balcony facing the park, ceiling fan that only has two settings: Off or mach speed, tepid shower water. Overall, not a bad choice to stay with it's central location with...
