"Clean room with good bed and opening window. Heating to use if necessary.
Bathroom very poor, cracked sink, toilet seat falling off. Shower over bsth . Had requested shower not bath as disabled but was expected to climb into bath.
Dirty towel left in bathroom."
"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only slight fault is that those working were extremely busy and so service was a bit slower. This is not unique to this hotel, we have found this in other places. Just a shortage of staff. But those there couldn't have done more to provide their service."
"We enjoyed our stay at the Carrbridge hotel. We would go back, but not to the room we were allocated. (423) the outlook was very poor. Also, we would have liked a change to the menu instead of the same choices every night. Staff were very nice. "
"The hotel is clearly undergoing major renovations which weren’t pointed out at time of booking. Whilst the room was clean with new carpet and curtains and bed extremely comfortable with clean linen the bathroom was dated and shower cubicle has seen better times.
Toiletries included meant just liquid soap dispenser on sink and one in shower cubicle.
Tea and coffee facilities in room meant three sachets of tea, coffee and milk to last one person three days!
Breakfast available was non existent I...
"This was a lovely little hotel attached to a cute, cozy pub. Our room was nice - spacious and clean, with a private bath. The staff were welcoming and wonderful and the food was amazing. The traditional Scottish breakfast - made to order - was superb. If we ever come back to Scotland, we will be sure to stop here again."
"We had a lovely but short stay at the Lodge. The home is very warm and inviting. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. After a very long drive, Katie was very welcoming when we were looking for a beverage to wind down our evening."
"This hotel is so delightful! It’s a family run operation and they were just the loveliest people. The hotel is close to the main drag, and has nice common areas that you can choose to gather in in the evenings and play board games or chat with other guests."
