"I had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, wheb checking in there were no towels in the room and the safe did not work. When asking to bring us towels, fix the safe, my requests were ignored and one of the receptionists seemed to be ironically smiling when I raised these issues. The next day our room wasn’t cleaned and the issues were still not addressed. The 1 gentleman visiting from the main office was a hospitality professional, kudos to him"

"I stayed at this hotel during the Montreux Jazz Festival so the price I paid was extremely high, though this is only to be expected. The room was very large, the bed was comfortable and the room was nicely arranged. On the negative side, this was no air conditioning, which I was expecting for the large sum I paid. The walls were also a little grubby. The location is excellent, in a very quiet, peaceful location right next to the lake. Queen: The Studio Experience is just a few meters away if...

"Overall this was a fine hotel that was clean and comfortable. It was in the high seventies while we were there and they do not have air conditioning. They did provide a very loud fan which was helpful but it was rather stifling being on the 4th floor. They do not have a shuttle and the hotel is up on a hill in old town, which is a beautiful but steep hike up from the train station and lake. Breakfast was nothing special, some dry pastries, yogurt and small variety of meats, cheese and fruits."

"The member of staff was so friendly and helpful. We arrived for the Jazz Festival and had issues parking, but she quickly and effectively helped us. We had a balcony over looking the lake and festival, it was brilliant. We didn't have time to stay for breakfast, but it looked great. We did enjoy a couple of drinks at the bar upon arrival, which was lovely. I would definitely recommend this perfectly situated hotel."
