"I booked through Expedia with no problems, and the check-in staff was great! The food at the bistro was sub-par I do not recommend. The bad part was, as a woman traveling alone someone knocked on my door early on check out day and then got the keys out to open my door I quickly tried to open it and they walked away. I cannot recommend for safety reasons."

"I had to find a hotel fast when our plane was sent to Louisville. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was above average."
