"Check in was easy and my room was already available. Staff were friendly and informative. The room was spacious and suitable for my needs. The building is old and showing it, but very clean and looked after. My only concern was that the mortar between the bathroom tiles is breaking up and needs attention. "

I love the location as it is walkable to many attractions and it is close to Oxford train station so I can even explore nearby cities. "No lift to the upper floor, not mentioned or if it was not prominently enough. My partner has mobility issues and two flights of stairs is painful and very inconvenient!"

"The staff were Brilliant, bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed... The Room was large and comfortable, but just one thing, the aircon was not working which made the night a little clammy... But we have a lovely stay"

"Another brilliant stay at the Pendulum Hotel! Lovely room and kind helpful staff! Due to it being a Friday night it was a little bit louder than the previous 2 nights but it was very comfortable nonetheless. Bathroom was spotless however the shower was a little tricky to figure out due to it being attached to the bath faucet. Highly recommend the classic double room!
