"This was a great place to stay. Close walk to town and Pendennis castle.
I have heard many places with 'old world charm' and this definitely fits the description.
Loved the decor and history of the hotel."
"A bit tired. Could do with a good scrub and a coat of paint. Room ok. We only stayed a couple of nights. I would not have wanted to be there for a week. Pool and sauna very good. Shower by sauna very good. Hot tub and flooring near pool seemed like it could be cleaner. Breakfast buffet ok but much better ordering off the menu. Food in the restaurant for the evening meal was good. All staff were very good!"
"The Lerryn is family run! Therefore hospitable, the atmosphere is welcoming as is the breakfast my room welcomed me with comfort, double windows and Balcony with Sea View! Would I stay again, See you next April 😁!!"
"Stay AWAY! This pub/inn is not fit for purpose and the manager will lie for his own gain bar staff very politely but some of the clientele (undesirable). Kitchen was closed chief had walked out. "Sistemazione confortevole in un’ottima posizione per visitare l’estremità occidentale della Cornovaglia. Parcheggio comodissimo. Ottima e abbondante colazione cucinata, possibilità di cenare. Personale gentilissimo. Sistemazione della camera un pochino da rivedere: era presente una enorme e consunta poltrona che occupava inutilmente tantissimo spazio. Wifi non sempre funzionante."
"Clive and Alicia were extraordinary hosts.
The view was amazing. The local pub was amazing. We learned very well how to drive in Cornwall on the narrow roads and had no issues as long as we were careful! We really enjoyed being in this area and had some lovely walks on the coastline and peaceful views of the ocean and terrific sunrises. It was a lovely stay in Cornwall thank you, Clive and Alicia."
"The rooms were very clean. The bed was very hard so if you like a soft bed this won’t do.
The breakfast on both mornings were very poor burnt toast served with over cooked bacon. On the first morning hash browns left off the order.
Ordered poached eggs on toast given one egg on a piece of toast nothing along side it to dress the plate very sad looking.
Second morning breakfast sausage looked very undercooked, bacon well done and once again toast burnt. Really sad as every time in the past the...
