"We stayed here when it was an Ibis and since then it has been up-dated with better bed/bath rooms. Ideal for eating out in the town centre, for the Saturday market and for a secure carp park - great when your car is laden with French wine! Good breakfasts as well."
"Reasonable priced hotel, that was clean and based in the centre of town by Market square. Short walk from town centre shops, where all the restaurants, bars are located.
So much choice for food & drink in town, and lots of nice clothes shops about.
Room was clean. Staff were friendly.
Breakfast was additional 16 Euro pp and adequate. Hot and cold food and lots of pastries.
Room size wasn't huge but ok for two people. Windows easy to open for fresh air.
Shower/bath was fine.

"Hotel du Golf is in a beautiful location very close to the autoroute and less than an hour's drive from the Channel Tunnel. Both dinner in the Golf Club House and breakfast in the main building were excellent. Our room was exactly what we needed for an overnight stay, with one exception ...... the pillows were hard and lumpy!

"Chateau Tilques is located a few miles north of Saint-Omer in a small village. The Hotel comprises a Chateau style hotel and grounds, with an external annex of rooms of some size. I stayed in the annex which was comfortable and well decorated. Some minor issues were irritating. The key-light master switch by the door was hard to locate and too complex to insert the key card to turn on the electricity in the room. Trying to do a fiddly task in the dark is irritating. There was no proper light...

"Had a lovely stay with my partner and nearly one year old baby.
Prior to arrival we had paid for parking and the "Baby kit". There was delayed communication about where to park, but it was resolved just in time before we reached Evancy. When we checked-in we immediately saw the "Baby kit" wasn't in the room so we had to go down to tell reception - luckily staff was on hand to sort it out quickly.
Once we settled in, the stay was great!
A note though, the Expedia listing for this property...
"Great location - easy to get to. No parking with the hotel, have to find it, but staff were helpful in directing us to the best spots. Rooms were compact so fine for a one night stay for us. No lifts, so not very accessible - but fine if you are young and fit. We didn’t have breakfast."
