They had a shuttle service which picked us up from the city and dropped us back to the hotel which was a huge help. "There is a nice cafe within walking distance. While the location did not have much else around, the tram stop across the street was convenient to access the rest of the city. While we enjoyed the convenience, we were disappointed that the air conditioning and hot water did not work properly. Compared to other hotels around northern Italy, it was a bit outdated (elevators, bathrooms, etc.). Parking was a hassle to figure out and cost €20 each night. "

"Great location!!! Right in front of Lake Como. Amazing views and very convenient as there's a bus stop and a boat stop within 20 meters of the lobby. We noticed the hotel bar was always full of people singing and having a good time, although patrons here are mostly over 60 years old, they all seem to have a great attitude! Dinner served at the hotel restaurant on our first night was a giant disappointment. It was so horrendous that we decided to skip all meals here, even though we had paid extra...

"I booked the The Park Hotel at the last minute bc the VRBO apartment was not actually a thing. Regardless, it is an affordable option in a spectacular setting. It's safe, clean and conveniently located. Additionally, the staff is friendly and helpful. "

"Friendly welcome, clean room, on site parking, location in the middle of the Old Town, close to the cathedral. They need to help guests arriving by car a little, my navi did nor recognise that many streets are pedestrian. Best approach is head to the cathedral, along the train tracks, and turn left by the cathedral. "
