"We booked two rooms and had a fabulous 3-night stay here. Both hotel receptionists were very welcoming; they were especially helpful giving us sightseeing details, great dining options nearby at the lakefront etc always with a cheerful face! Our rooms are comfortably spacious and have a balcony. This hotel has a laundry facility (just what we needed) and is conveniently located right next to the Montreux railway station and to the nearby tram stops. An ideal base for visitors like us to explore...
"Room was perfect. Breakfast was plentiful saving me having to worry too much about eating lunch. Check In and Out was fine. Generally I enjoyed staying at the hotel. The only issue was staff attitude when I tried to highlight something that I observed on 12.09.26. Essentially there were old drinks menus so most things listed were not on offer. "Clean, conveniently located one metro stop from the train station or 10 min walk. It’s close to the Cathedral and other old town attractions, restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was great, but not included, we had to pay 20 CHS/pp. They charged 2 CHS for extra nespresso pods (only 2 provided for 2 night stay). The shower was clogged but fixed upon request. The portable AC came in handy during the heat wave. Overall loved this charming hotel and can recommend it."
"Great hotel! Definitely a bit quirky but in a good way. Great location. Make sure to use the elevator if coming from train station. There are 2 that will take you to the lower street. We didn't have the breakfast so I can't comment on that. Marlen at front desk was wonderful !"

"J’ai beaucoup aimé ce petit hôtel avec histoire familiale. Passé juste une nuit. Bon prix et propre. Très bel accueil et bon petit déjeuner. La chambre manque d’insonorisation (évidemment l’agende la batisse) et le décor style vieille maison, draps et oreillers excellents. Je me suis senti comme chez ma grandmaman. Le bus passe juste en bas de la pente sur la rue principale et on m’a offert le billet de bus pour le trajet à la gare. Situé juste à côte du Chateau Chillon."
