"This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time everything was great. This time though, the room had cigarette strong smell while it was a smoke free room. We asked for change of room and got another room immediately. However, the bathroom area had a very musty damp smell. Don't think the ventilation system in the bathroom was working at all. We didn't want to do another room change so we stayed in there. Told the staff as we checked out. Hope they would look into it. All the staff...
