"I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this all-inclusive resort. The food was awful, with very poor quality and almost nothing worth eating. The customer service was just as bad, and whenever we had a problem, nobody seemed interested in helping. What was even more frustrating was the manager, who was completely unprofessional and laughed when we brought up our concerns instead of trying to fix them. We even had to switch rooms because the air conditioning in our original room did...
