"Front desk staff was great during my 15 night stay. My room on the other hand was really bad and the housekeeping service was bad as well. My room had a TV that half the channels worked, the shower barely had any water coming out of it, the A/C / heater was broken and it took about 30 – 40 minutes for water to come out. I complained about 8 nights into my stay because of all the broken items and the lack of housekeeping service that never showed up… so my trash cans were over flowing and the...

"I was surprised by the fact that a Holiday Inn do not offer a complementary breakfast or better said they told me I have to pay $10.00 and the breakfast menu is not even consider a continental breakfast. I travel a great amount because my job, Holiday Inn is our first choice when traveling disappointed if the brand goes in that direction on something that meaningful for the customer that travels."

"Comfortable stay. All surroundings in the room so clean. Seems still new. And the amazing view of the mountain and the courtyard. The mall just across the street and the hotel itself was surrounded with bars and restaurants. You can walk to steakhouse and cheesecake factory. King O' Bowl bar and restaurants where you drink while you bowl. "
