"Front desk staff was great during my 15 night stay. My room on the other hand was really bad and the housekeeping service was bad as well. My room had a TV that half the channels worked, the shower barely had any water coming out of it, the A/C / heater was broken and it took about 30 – 40 minutes for water to come out. I complained about 8 nights into my stay because of all the broken items and the lack of housekeeping service that never showed up… so my trash cans were over flowing and the...

"Very nice hotel right off the interstate. A lot of restaurants are close by and the drive to Nashville, while not really close, is still convenient. The cost alone is worth it."

"We visited the past weekend and it was a great trip. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The bartender Brandon was absolutely amazing and made our trip that much more enjoyable. I cant wait to see the hotel when renovations are done. "

"I was surprised by the fact that a Holiday Inn do not offer a complementary breakfast or better said they told me I have to pay $10.00 and the breakfast menu is not even consider a continental breakfast. I travel a great amount because my job, Holiday Inn is our first choice when traveling disappointed if the brand goes in that direction on something that meaningful for the customer that travels."

Location is great; within walking distance to nearby mall and in close proximity to many outdoor attractions, dining, etc."

"This is the 3rd time I have stayed at a Sonder property. This one met the standard expected except for cleanliness. While it was clean, it wasnt spotless in areas that probably shouldve been common sense to wipe, like counters and the stove knobs. It should also be noted there is in unit laundry, the app folks didnt see to know that piece as I would have packed way lighter had it been confirmed when i asked. Also, the parking was a great option..... read the reviews about this, they are accurate...

"Unfortunately, I arrived later than expected so I was not able to experience this lovely hotel and it's surroundings. I returned later in the evening when everything had closed for the day. Next morning, I prepared to return home then turned in my key within a half hour of check out time. "

"Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and tastefully decorated. Really nice live music in the lobby, excellent drinks at W XYZ bar, and everyone I encountered seemed chill and helpful. The price was very reasonable, so we will likely return whenever we're staying in town"
