"It was a quick stay and we checked in very late with a 4:30am checkout. The valet worked with us to park our car close, the keys were left at the desk, and there were luggage carrier racks that were very helpful for all of our luggage. Great quick stay."

"Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They had snacks and water bottles as there is no place to refill water. The continental breakfast was nice. Lobby clean and orderly while welcoming. Temperatures were easy to control in the bedrooms."

"This is my second stay at a Fairfield in the last week, one in Michigan and this one. Both locations I could not watch Netflix because TV would not load anything. I was able to sign on to my account but after that it just spun. Same issue in both locations."

"We wanted to like this hotel; the pictures looked nice on the website, but we had a bad experience. We found a bug on the bed in our room and were moved to another room. We found a bug there, too, and ended up not being able to stay in this hotel. The hotel would only give us a partial refund for our stay. Would not recommend staying here."

Unfortunately the service from every other person wasn’t very great. Breakfast isn’t included and you pay $15 per person for the buffet. The bathroom/shower were a bit dirty but it just seemed like an over time thing. When my husband and I were leaving a cleaning lady brought her cart into the elevator and smashed me...

"The original room that was assigned to us had no blind up. Maintenance came to install it while we were taking a shower. I asked her to come back in 30 minutes after we departed and she never did. After we returned, still no blind up, so we ended up switching rooms as Maintenance had left for the day. Michael the front desk staff was extremely helpful"
