"The cottage itself was cute and if properly cleaned and maintained it would have been wonderful. The floor/tiles in one bathroom were loose, in the other bathroom the floor felt "squishy" and there were multiple broken/cracked shelves in the shower. Two of the burners on the stove did not work and when using the stove/oven there was smoke. The window when opened to alleviate the smoke would not stay open. This property allows pets and unfortunately their cleaning and repairs do not keep up with...

Seems like a lot of rules initially - don't get intimidated. Most of it is common sense stuff. Overall a beautiful home. Our dogs loved hanging out on the porches. "
