"This was my second stay at Hotel Mar Blau. If your looking for a no frills, great value stay in a fantastic location then you will love this hotel. Right on the beach, very friendly staff and situated in the old town with easy access to both beaches, tapas alley etc.. Took me about 30 mins to walk to the lively brit bar end, but there is a taxi rank a min walk from hotel if needed. For the price, if you don't need a pool etc, then you really can't beat this hotel..... Excellent!!!"

"Parking is 100m and uphill !! All steps! Owner nearly an hour late to meet at property. Opposite to what is says about meeting on arrival ! and about being open 11am to 9pm. Wifi for access code did not work. You have to have an APP to get room code. So ridiculous and complicated!! just to open a door!!
