"Perfect place !"

"Room for improvement- we liked it but 1) coffee maker but no coffee in the room, 2) balcony sliding door didn’t lock, 3) nozzle on faucet missing and faucet loose, 4) wi-fi needed to be reset twice, 5) wooden chair needed felt pads (terrible and unnecessary noise when moving the chair), 6) bathroom area needs wall hooks. Simple fixes would make it soo much better. Otherwise it was a good deal and we LOVED the cenotes, price was included. "

"Our family of four (kids age 15 & 12) shared a cabana with two double beds. We had plenty of room and absolutely loved the hotel. We stayed in cabana 12, one of several located right in front of the pool. Breakfast is continental (toast with butter and jam, fruit and yogurt bowl with sprinkle of granola). The staff helped with anything we needed (where to buy ice, closest bakery, etc). The location is amazing too—right in the heart of a small community bustling with life. The cabanas are set...
