"Very convenient location and priced better than other area properties. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Clean room. My only complaint is the noise. The walls are so thin I could hear everything my neighbor was saying. Kids playing outside and screaming at 9pm which in itself wasn't bad but the windows/walls provided no sound barrier so it was like we were outside with them. If noise doesn't bother you this place was otherwise awesome."

"Very clean and comfortable room. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff on check in and check out were very nice. Only downside is that there is a charge for parking in the garage next door (approx $25) so need to factor that in when comparing hotel prices. "

"We had to book the last minute. Our reservation for a Vrbo booking had been cancelled. The customer service representative found an available room at the Even Hotel in Norwalk. Check in was quick. The room was comfortable and clean. I really appreciated the friendly staff. "

"First off the staff was AMAZING from check in to check out. 3 girls at check in were so great with my family. Lady with dual citizenship beyond friendly and helpful! Lady with mask was super nice and help with parking for making us “wait”. It was not long at all in my opinion despite a tired kid. "The low-staff and online check-in/out takes some getting used to, but the main negative here is the noise. The air management fan is so loud that it either kept me awake all night or woke me up if I set it to come on at the temp threshhold. Another annoyance was the malfunctioning volume on the TV. That said, the one staf I saw was welcomi g and helpful, the room was clean and safe, and the location is outstanding. Overall grade. B"
