Since we had no WiFi available we could not contact the phone number supplied and nobody sent a reply when we finally had a WiFi connection. Luckily for us, one of the residents across the street came and contacted the people at Urban Retreats. "The location was excellent and walking distance from the beautiful English market, shops and restaurants. Since it is a student accommodation I was prepared to a less confort, but our family stay was great. The place super clean and the person working at the registration desk was wonderful. Overall a great experience. "

"Everything was readily available, super convenient, great location and much better than a hotel. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, full kitchen, large common area and laundry facilities in the same complex. "

"The room and property were beautiful. The sat nav in the vehicle didnt take me to where the house was (thats the vehicle though, phone GPS got me there after turning on data) friendly staff, but be aware it is a country home, fellow arachnaphobics, i sadly discovered a rather imposing false widow in my room upon my return at 1am. Otherwise, it was lovely, i wish i couldve stayed longer to enjoy it but that sent me packing. "
